FLAG Agency employs a well-coded work procedure when translating wich allows clients to have constant access to updated information regarding their orders. Moreover this grants perfect, ready-to use documents.

Flag Agency translation modality:
- Text Analysis:The text is analysed to estimate the translation time required and to establish appropriate terminology and structures based on the manner in which the translated text will be used; then we provide the client with a technical quote to be approved by the client. This indicates the Project manager, the means and date of delivery, as well as terms of payment. On receipt of the client's approval, the Project Manager assigns the task to the most appropriate FLAG Agency translator.
- Maintenance of Original layout: the translated text will have the same layout as the original text, respecting both the abbreviations and the index settings.
- Proofreading: the translated text is then proof-read by a team of profesionals other than the translator.
- Graphics and images unaltered: the translation then undergoes a graphics analysis to ensure that the graphics remain the same as those in the original document.
- Delivery: the translated document is now finally prepared for delivery
NOTE: During the production phase, a FLAG Project Manager interfaces with the client to resolve technical difficulties or doubts regarding the interpretation of the original text that can emerge while being translated. At the same time, the client can always refer to the Project Manager for any text update or modification and for any necessary amendments to the production terms agreed.
Legalised translation and Apostille
Whenever the final document requires legalisation by a Court and/or certification whit Apostilles, we will carry out the legal procedures at the local institute and where necessary, we will obtain the Apostille from the relevant Embassy.

- Publishing: when the document requires printing, FLAG Agency can provide clients the number of copies of the required translated text, binded. We offer the client a range of models from which to choose, according to what best meets their needs.
- Guarantee: FLAG Agency always guarantees their translations. Eventual amendments or modifications that the client may want to carry out may be discussed at any stage. Moreover we file a Master Copy for each translated document and clients may request a copy at any time.
